On May 1st, hundreds of people turned out for Mosaic Walk’s Model Grand Opening Event. Sprinkles showed up in their SprinklesMobile that was filled with enough delicious cupcakes to keep dentists happy for decades. Even the Sprinkles van looked good enough to eat!
The huge turnout visited our 2 beautiful model homes that showcased all the LEED Certified Green features designated with little green leaves that pointed out features as people toured these new townhomes.
KIISFM’s “Manny on the Street” was there to entertain homebuyers as they waited their turns to tour the model homes. Prizes were awarded to those who played “MOPARDY!” Mosaic Walk’s questions game. Prizes awarded included passes to Knott’s Berry Farm, tickets to AMC movie theatres, Angels tickets, and more.
If you missed out on the grand opening event, no worries. The Mosaic Walk Sales Center is open daily from 10-6 and models are open for your viewing pleasure.
