here’s how

1. Tour Mosaic Walk and identify the floor plans and locations that fit your style.

2. Complete your application and provide all requested documentation.

3. Your complete application will be date and time stamped then put on the vip list according to when it was received.*

4. Once pre-approved your VIP status is confirmed. your invitation and guest passes will be issued and delivered to you.

5. Arrive at the event by 9:30am. you will be called to select your new home in order of priority.

6. When it’s your turn to choose your home site, secure it with a $5,000 deposit check, and complete the necessary paperwork.
